Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and attentive host/hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of seating and service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage reservations, and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain a clean and organized host stand, including menus, reservation books, and supplies.

• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

• Manage waitlists, take names, and provide estimated wait times to guests.

• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure, multitasking with ease.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and seating management.
