The beginnings of Hairitage go back to 1987. Bassist and vocalist Martin Epp was called to a Public Storage unit in Northglenn, Colorado, to audition for a fledgling ‘80’s rock band project that would go on become one of Denver’s most popular Hair Metal bands for the next five years, Lionize. Before departing on their first Northwest tour the original singer left the band. Through his contacts in the happening Denver club scene of the time, Martin knew just who to call. Rich Kensinger, the phenomenal singer previously with popular Denver Metal favorites, Marauder. The rest is history. Fast forward to 2012 when Rich and Martin begin working together again playing their favorite music from the day in Denver band “Suckerpunch” with ace guitarist and vocalist Robb Warnke, and Martin began working in Salida with locally famous drummer, percussionist, vocalist and all around industry stalwart, Trevor “Bones” Davis. It was only natural the projects would meld. The band features everyone’s classic rock dance favorites with an emphasis on the ‘80’s music Rich and Martin originally came together to make. This is a highly seasoned group of professionals with mad instrument skills and impressive four part harmony vocals.
* Rich Kensinger has been one of Denver’s most outstanding and well known rock vocalists since the early 1980’s. His past and present groups include Behaving Badly, Lionize, Suckerpunch and Marauder to name a few.

A talented multi-instrumentalist and vocalist he is mainly sought after for his infectious bass grooves and lead and harmony vocal abilities.
